Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms that we have received your order and that it is being reviewed for processing. If payment is authorized and the item is available, your order will move forward for shipment.
If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you by email with an update.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment has been successfully processed, it will typically ship within five business days from the order date.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, make note of it when accepting delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damage so we can review and assist you promptly.
Cancellations & Refunds
If your order has already been shipped, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
