Return Policy

Returns

At LuxoBeam, our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unused or not improperly handled,

  • and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@luxobeam.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@luxobeam.com and our team will guide you through the process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a gift credit once the returned item is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
